WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO HEADSHOT SESSIONS?2024-11-03T13:22:19-07:00

We recommend that you dress as you would for an important meeting; this will ensure that your clothing is appropriate for your role and personal style. Clothing should be ironed and cleaned, and new outfits should be tried on before the shoot to guarantee a good fit. We advise against wearing baggy or heavy apparel. If you need a bit more direction, solid colors or simple patterns with contrast work well! Avoid using red and stripes. The camera likes the colors blue, green, purple, and orange! People want to see your wonderful face and a terrific smile. Bring your best smile when you have your picture taken.

WHEN IS THE DUE DATE FOR PAYMENT AT HEADSHOT SESSIONS?2024-11-03T13:25:37-07:00

Making an appointment costs nothing; it is completely free. Payment is accepted on the day of the shoot. We believe in you! We just ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We accept cash, checks, Credit Cards (50% down payment required), Venmo, and PayPal as methods of payment. Cash payments always receive a 10% discount! Nobody likes paying extra fees to credit card companies! For cash payments, a receipt is always provided.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?2024-11-03T13:28:06-07:00

For most headshot, and convention/boothset sessions, your gallery will be uploaded within 5 days of the shoot. Please let us know if you need photographs sooner; we can usually accommodate you.
When you buy retouching, it usually takes 2 days to finish.

Depending on the size of your group, the per-person rate is $250 and each additional individual is $125.

After years of capturing weddings, headshots, and fashion models, we recognized a gap in the event industry. It needed a more attractive option that prioritized quality and value over the casual snapshots often taken by amateurs.

We use high-end camera gear from Canon and Blackmagic Design, SmallRig, Manfrotto, SLK, and Godox among others.  We also deploy DJI Drones and for ultra mobility, when we need a quick shot, impossible to take with a big camera, we call on “our little guy” also known as GoPro HERO11.

If there are people there, we can make it more fun. We perform at a variety of corporate events, association meetings, gala events, trade and award shows, grand openings, birthday parties, festivals, concerts, and intimate weddings.
